Fishwick Papers: The "Taking Care of Electrons" edition

Hello! One way of thinking about making exhibitions is that you start with a small list of big questions. (Who is it for? What story do we want to tell? How will people feel?) As you answer the questions they lead to more questions. (Which story beat goes in which room? Who will we borrow one of these from? How will we describe it?) There are always some questions you can't answer yet. And that's fine. At the moment I'm working on making a big list of small questions. It's exciting that the questions are becoming granular. Not because granular = fascinating, but because it means the exhibition's getting really real. (Which one should go in the middle of the case? Is it there for a year or ten years? What's it made from, will it degrade over time?) We've already made so many decisions.I was also delighted this week to polish off the second season of Fleabag in one sitting - highly recommended! Finally, if you're in NSW and of voting age, I highly recommend that you consider voting for Michael Hing's One Asian Party in the upcoming election.Alrighty. I'll see you in two weeks (no paper next week because of Travel To New Zealand). As always, I LOVE YOU BYEYours,Jim
